Terms of service

These terms cover every estimate we send and every project we paint. Your signed estimate always takes priority if anything differs.

1. Estimates and pricing

Every estimate is a fixed price for the work described. If you add rooms or surfaces, we’ll agree the change in writing before we start it.

2. Scheduling

We confirm your start date in writing. Exterior work can move for rain or low temperatures; we’ll give you as much notice as we can.

3. Payment

A 20% deposit secures your dates. The balance is due on completion, after the final walkthrough. We accept card, bank transfer and cheque.

4. Workmanship warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for three years against peeling, blistering and flaking. The warranty doesn’t cover damage, moisture problems or normal wear.

5. Liability

Fairline Painting Co. is licensed (Oregon CCB #214587) and carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on your signed estimate is the one that applies to your project.
